We believe in real, nutritious foods in balance. When we nourish our bodies with the right foods at the right times, we support all areas of health including metabolism, hormone health, and lab numbers, healing our bodies from the inside out, leading to natural, sustainable weight management.

In Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Foundations, you won't be committing to a life of prepackaged meals, snacks or drinks that adhere to a "plan." Everything you need to be successful and reach your health goals can be picked up on your regular grocery run or pick-up.

We don't believe in quick fixes, fad diets or gimmicks. We believe in the healing power of real-food nutrition and the importance of building sustainable, long-term habit change. Our program is six weeks so we can make small, sustainable changes together, while providing tips, suggestions and ideas for navigating "real life".

No one is perfect - no one. Life happens. Sometimes we're on track and crushing it, and other times we take a bit of a detour. And that's okay! Our program shares tips for navigating those (normal) times in life so you're always moving forward towards your health goals, regardless of the obstacles that may get in the way.

No - you do not need to buy any items (other than your regular trips to the grocery store) to participate in the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss program.
There will be six Live Q&A events on Zoom, one per week, on Thursdays at 5pm central. If you can't make a Zoom event, don't worry - we will record each event and share a link to the event recording in the course community and within your course lessons. You will be able to watch and revisit the content as often as you like during your one-year course access.
In this program we focus on real food nutrition, in balance, including beneficial carbohydrates, healthy fats, and animal protein. We encourage you to consider using a one-on-one nutrition counseling appointment to customize the program to your unique needs, lifestyle, and health goals.
*Most people following the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program can expect to lose one pound or more per week, but because everyone is unique, individual results vary.
