How much time and effort will this require?

We understand life can get hectic. Our challenge, How to Break Up With Sugar in 28 Days, is designed to fit into your schedule. Throughout the challenge, we will support you and guide you through manageable steps towards your sugar break up. You will find it easier than you think to make positive changes.

Each week covers a new topic and includes a live Q&A event with Teresa, weekly guides, and prerecorded video lessons. Below is the approximate length of each week's collection of pre-recorded video lessons:  

  • Week 1- Awareness | Video Lessons: 22 minutes combined
  • Week 2 - Balance | Video Lessons: 44 minutes combined
  • Week 3 - Gut Health | Video Lessons: 37 minutes combined
  • Week 4 - Biochemestry & Planning - Video Lessons: 35 minutes combined
     

What happens if I miss a Live Q&A event?

The Live Q&A Events on Thursdays at 4pm central will be recorded. Links to the recordings will be shared within online community and course. You will be able to watch and revisit the content as often as you like throughout the challenge.

Do I get access to everything once I enroll?

Once you enroll in the challenge, you will see the challenge listed on your course dashboard. However, you will not be able to access the lessons and module guides until two days prior to challenge start. At that time, you will have access to the welcome and week 1 content. Then, you will get access to new modules and lessons on Fridays throughout the challenge.
